e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.

South East Community Development Council (CDC)
South East Community Development Council (CDC) was set up on 24 November 2001. Spanning the scenic eastern coast of Singapore, the South East District comprises the Marine Parade Group Representative Constituency (GRC), East Coast GRC, MacPherson Single Member Constituency (SMC) and Mountbatten SMC. South East CDC aims to function as an Aggregator of Needs and Resources, Builder of Capability and Capacity in Partners and Networks and Connector of Communities. With these tenets in mind, we hope to build a community, with our residents and stakeholders, where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and pride. As your social broker, we work closely with our partners to support, facilitate and empower community-initiated projects.
